Generously proportioned rooms with plenty of floor space to open 3 suitcases. High ceilings which felt spacious. Comfortable beds. Even though in the evening, the foyer and bar had a lively party atmosphere we didn't hear a thing in our room. Centrally located within a block to the subway.

Cool vibe. Spacious room. Great gym/stretching yoga area. Stupendous coffee shop, bagel shop and juice bar all connected to facility. Staff friendly and helpful. Let me switch my room so I could see Empire State Bldg. Great shower pressure. Spacious bathroom. Well configured for hanging clothes. There was a guitar! Radio in room was playing NPR when I arrived. Cool. Well stocked fridge and snack bar. Very close to subway, but also only 22 minute walk to theater. Very comfortable lobby to relax before getting transpo home. Check out was at noon instead of 11:00. I loved everything about this hotel and will stay here again whenever I return to Manhattan. ❤️

The staff here is very welcoming and responsive! The room itself was cozy and I found it easy to fall asleep on my first night. The hotel itself is very close to just about everything I wanted to do and see; even if you don’t have plans this is a great area to explore and find things to do.

The staff were really wonderful and easy to deal with. The location of the Ace Hotel was great - easy to walk everywhere, lots of food options, subway stations nearby, and I felt really safe on my own around the hotel area. The rooms were quite spacious and clean and it was great to have the room cleaned everyday and my belongings were safe. Would recommend the hotel to friends and family for sure. I also had a great view of the Empire State from my bedroom window.

Fantastic location. Just outside of the chaos but close to everything and subway line nearby. Cozy, cool vibe in lobby. Staff was so pleasant. Room (Medium King) was HUGE by NYC standards. Bare bones with no frills (no coffee like most NYC boutique hotels) but bed was comfy and room had plenty of space. We went te weekend before Christmas and the price was great compared to other hotels. Value for this hotel was A++

I’ve stayed at the ace before and always love it! It’s chic and eclectic my only complaint is the shower in the room I had. It was only covered by a shower curtain and water was everywhere. Staff did accommodate me as best as possible

Staff was awesome, especially the front desk folks and the staff at coffee shop inside the actual hotel lobby (i.e. not the coffee shops that one could access off the sidewalk, altho they were good, too!); bed and bed linens, towels, and toiletries were all high-quality; quirky decor of my room was fun without being cutesy.

The room had everything needed for a short stay, including radio in room tuned to local talk station. Well located and constructed building with a great bar area downstairs. Very nice staff.

The hotel is really cool. If you like boutique hipsters environment is pretty cool. The coffee is the best we had in New York. Direct from lobby access to Black Seed bagel place and Green Juice. Modern spirit and nomad work place. Rooms small hut comfortable and all needed in. Staff is very friendly and very helpful. Preferi nice place and location near Empire State, The Edge and High Line

Provide me with an upgrade -- what more can you say. Hotels location is excellent and the amenities of restaurants and pubic transportation near by is satisfying. There is also open space for public sitting that makes you feel like your not in the city. Shower water pressure phenomenal
